Spinning

The yarns are produced where our spinners wrap them to strengthen them.

Knitting

The threads are knitted into tubes, the waistband and the reinforcement at the foot are knitted.

Point seam

The tubes are closed at the feet.

Cut and assembled

The tubes are assembled manually using a cotton gusset at the crotch and are made with a flat seam.

Dyeing

The tights are dyed in dye baths, we put a large amount of tights to maximize this step, water and then treated.

Forming

The tights are formed, in other words steam ironed to be dried and fix the dye.

Quality control, packaging

The tights are checked, folded and packaged in our packaging directly in our office.

What is the difference in your tights?

It is different because of the yarn used (much more resistant), its knitting which is partly done by hand and all the quality controls carried out (it is notably tested in a laboratory). Furthermore, these are tights 100% made in France.

What should I do with my tights at the end of their life?

Our tights are returnable. At the end of their life, simply contact us and we'll print a label so you can return them to us. We'll then take care of their end of life, and as a thank you, you'll receive a discount voucher.

How to take care of it?

An article on Cygnes product care is available on our blog. Our tights must be worn with love and in accordance with a few rules that will allow you to wear them dozens of times.
