Warranty, delivery and return

Preparation and shipping

Order preparation times can vary between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the intensity of activity. The delivery time is then effective once the order has been shipped. In the case of a pre-order, the shipping date is specified on the product page of the item.

Please note: during busy periods, our preparation and delivery times may be extended, but you will receive an email notification in advance.

Deliveries

Delivery to mainland France

3 delivery methods are offered:

  • Standard Home Delivery (Tracked Letters or Colissimo without signature)

    • Delivery in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
    • Contribution to shipping costs of €3.50
    • Free shipping on orders over €59
  • Delivery to a Relay Point (Colissimo Collection Point)

    • Delivery in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
    • Withdrawal time: 5 days in Pickup locker and 14 days in merchant relay (in calendar days).
    • Contribution to shipping costs of €3.50
    • Free shipping on orders over €59
  • Express Home Delivery (Chronopost Home Delivery)

    • Delivery in 1 to 2 working days after dispatch
    • Contribution to shipping costs of €8.00

Please note: In case of pre-order, delivery times apply after the shipping date indicated on the product page of the item when you placed the order.

Delivery outside mainland France

  • Delivery to European Union countries and Switzerland

    • Method: Colissimo home delivery without signature
    • Delivery time: delivery in 2 to 3 working days after dispatch
    • Contribution to shipping costs of €7.00
  • Delivery to countries outside the European Union

    • Method: Colissimo home delivery without signature except for the United States and Canada (with signature required)
    • Shipping time: 2 to 3 working days
    • Delivery time: depends on the country and the carrier who will take over in the foreign territory after passing through customs
    • Contribution to shipping costs of €10

Please note that customs or import taxes may apply to Switzerland, the United States, and Canada, which are not covered.

If you wish to track the delivery of your package, you can click on the link received by email when the order was shipped or on your customer account.

You can also pick up your order directly from our premises by choosing the Click & Collect option when paying for your order. If you choose this option, you will receive an email after your order with a link to reserve a time slot to collect your package.

30 Day Guarantee – Returns & Exchanges

At Cygnes , we want to provide you with a worry-free shopping experience. If you have any problems with your order, please contact our team at hello@cygnes.co and we will be happy to assist you.

Our 30-day guarantee applies under the following conditions:

1. Defective product

If your tights have a defect and can no longer be worn without it being visible:

  • You don't need to return it. Just send us photos showing the defect.
  • Shipping time: after validation of the request, a new pair of tights will be shipped to you within 2 to 3 working days, subject to available stocks.
  • If you still wish to return it (as part of our concygnes), the shipping costs are your responsibility. The cost will depend on current postal rates and the shipping method you choose.

2. Size problem or order preparation error

If you received the wrong size or your order contains an error:

  • Return costs: we cover them
  • Reshipping costs: we cover them
  • Shipping time: after receiving your package, the new product will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days, subject to available stocks.

3. Change of mind about color or opacity

If you wish to exchange your tights for another color or opacity:

  • Return costs: at your expense, rates according to current postal rates and the shipping method you choose
  • Reshipping costs: at your expense (see delivery methods above, contact us to obtain the return postal address)
  • Shipping time: after receiving your package, the new product will be shipped within 2 to 3 working days, subject to available stocks.

Please note, if you have not collected your package from the relay point on time and it has been returned to us, you must contact us and the reshipping costs will be your responsibility (see delivery methods above)


Refunds & 14-day withdrawal period

In the event of a request for reimbursement or withdrawal, these conditions apply:

  • Items must not have been tried on (note that 1 try on = 1 wear)
  • The return must be made in the original packaging which must be intact and unopened.
  • Return costs are your responsibility (rates according to current postal rates and the shipping method you choose)
  • Refund period: 14 days from receipt of the order (please note that delivery costs will be deducted from the refund)

Some special features apply to refund requests:

Refund conditions:

  • Possible reasons: shipping time exceeding 10 working days, cancellation of an order before it is shipped
  • If it turns out that size XS is too big or size XXL is too small, we will cover the return costs.
  • Please note that customs fees are not covered.

Conditions of withdrawal:

  • The request must be made to our after-sales service team ( hello@cygnes.co ) within 14 days of the date of receipt of the package.

If an item is returned to us without complying with the return conditions, a refund may be made with a possible deduction depending on the anomaly noted.
